- Limited usage data (such as the pages you view and actions you take) used to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the deal analysis, market estimates, and comparison features you request.
- To secure your account and the data you save, and to prevent unauthorized access.
- To communicate essential service notices, such as security or account-related updates.
How We Protect Your Data
- Each user can only view and edit the deals they create; your deal data is never shared with other users.
- We never sell or rent your personal information or deal data to third parties.
- Market and comparable data returned by our AI tools are generated on demand and are not tied back to you in any public way.
- You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from the app, and the removal is irreversible.
AI & Third-Party Services
- To estimate market data (rents, nightly rates, occupancy, comparables) we send the property address and relevant inputs to our AI provider. We do not send your email, name, or other account details in those requests.
- Subscription billing is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our servers.
Your Choices
- You can edit or delete any deal you own at any time.
- You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your deals and personal data.
- You can stop using the service at any time.
