Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account or using RE Deal Analysis, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.
These terms apply to all features of the platform, including deal analysis, market estimates, comparisons, the pipeline board, and any premium subscription features.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You can delete your account and its associated data at any time from within the app; the removal is irreversible.

You agree to use RE Deal Analysis only for lawful real estate investment analysis and related purposes.
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the market estimates, comparables, or other data the service provides.
You may not attempt to access another user's deals, disrupt the service, or use it in a way that could damage or impair the platform.

You retain ownership of the property addresses, financial inputs, notes, and checklists you enter. We process this data solely to provide the features you request.
Each user can only view and edit the deals they create; your deal data is never shared with other users.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the inputs you provide; the service does not verify property details against public records.

Nightly rates, occupancy, rents, renovation costs, and comparable data are generated by AI models based on market research and are estimates only — not appraisals, guarantees, or professional advice.
Real estate markets are volatile and location-specific; actual performance may differ materially from any estimate the service produces.
You should independently verify all figures before making an investment decision and consult qualified professionals (lenders, inspectors, appraisers, attorneys) as appropriate.

Premium features are available via paid subscription billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current price until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
Promotional codes, where offered, are subject to the terms disclosed at redemption and may be revoked or limited at our discretion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that estimates will be accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.
RE Deal Analysis is not a registered investment advisor, broker, or appraiser, and nothing in the service constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RE Deal Analysis and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on its estimates.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users within the app.
Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
